Turbo Repairs and Rebuilds

Over time turbos will deteriorate and malfunction, it can be an expensive task to purchase and install new turbos. At TurboMax we prove ourselves in being a leader when it comes to turbo repair and rebuild solutions.

We begin with a complete break-down of your turbos to inspect each and every part. We then do a powerful cleaning process to make sure any foreign substances are removed. After that move on to machining any necessary areas and verify the shaft is perfectly straight.

Once that is completed we move on to the balancing, our special equipment is used to balance the compressor wheel, turbine wheel, and the general assembly.

After that comes the repair kit where we replace bearings, o-rings, thrust bearing, piston rings, seal plates, and thrust collar.

Finally we re-assemble and test your refurbished turbo.
